Fleet

Ranger Energy Services has one of the largest high-spec well servicing rig fleets for servicing the horizontal wells of today. Our high-performance fleet sports:

– 450–600 HP (More than 80% 500+ HP)

– Heavy mast ratings ranging from 200,000–300,000 lbs

– Mast heights from 102 ft–117 ft

– Hydraulically elevated work floors ranging up to 30 ft high

Darron M. Anderson

President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Darron M. Anderson serves as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our board of directors. Mr. Anderson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Express Energy Services from 2008 to August 2015 and prior to that was the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Anderson began his career in the oil and natural gas industry as a Drilling Engineer for Chevron USA in 1991 and has subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility in oilfield services industries, including executive positions with IPS (formerly Complete Production Services). Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.


Robert S. Shaw Jr.

Chief Financial Officer

Robert S. Shaw Jr. serves as our Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Rob served as Chief Financial Officer of Enerkem Inc. and prior to that as CFO of Southwest Oilfield Products. He also worked at Transocean Ltd. as its Vice President, Treasurer. Prior to joining Transocean Ltd., Mr. Shaw served at Air Liquide as Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury as well as Head of Investor Relations. Earlier in his career, Rob held senior level financial positions at Alstom, The Walt Disney Company and EuroDisney. Rob has a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University.


J. Matt Hooker

Chief Operating Officer

Matt Hooker serves as our Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hooker served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development of Express Energy Services from July 2015 until January 2017, and Senior Vice President of Drilling Services from January 2012 to July 2015. Previously, Mr. Hooker worked at Latshaw Drilling as Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, he served as the North American Regional/Country Manager for Saxon Drilling LP. Mr. Hooker began his career at Nabors Well Services LTD, where he held various positions culminating as Vice President of US Operations.


Amanda Snowden

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Amanda Snowden serves as our Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Snowden was Of Counsel in the labor and employment group at Hagan Noll & Boyle, LLC, and prior to that served as HR Director and Senior Counsel at Parker Drilling Company. She also worked as an attorney at Global Geophysical Services and Insperity after spending her early career with Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry and Baker Hostetler. Ms. Snowden earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A & M University, and her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. Ms. Snowden is also recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
